• Tengizchevroil – Future Growth Project (FGP-WPMP), Atyrau, Kazakhstan, November 2011 - Present

 An integrated expansion project to increase the performance of the Tengiz oil field (and adjacent Korolev field). The FGP-WPMP is boosting Tengiz’s oil production capacity by an additional 12 million tonnes per year (≈260,000 barrels per day) and gas production by 960 million standard cubic feet per day, raising total output to approximately 39 million tonnes of oil annually.

• Karachaganak Gas Pipeline, West Kazakhstan, January 2010 - June 2011

A major gas pipeline project for the Karachaganak field, one of the world’s largest gas-condensate fields (estimated 9 billion barrels of condensate and 48 Tcf of gas in place). Involved in all phases from FEED through construction and as-built completion, with relocation to Uralsk for on-site engineering supervision.

• Cement Plant (2 million tons/year), Zaozernoye, Akmola region, Kazakhstan, June 2007 - December 2008

The first cement plant in Central Asia to use the dry-process technology (FLSmidth, Denmark) at such capacity. Scope of work included design of major structures: reinforced concrete silos (20 m diameter, 40 m and 80 m height), a reinforced concrete clinker warehouse (60 m diameter, 40 m height), a 100 m tall steel heat exchanger tower, and associated underground pipe and cable networks. Also involved in adapting a prefabricated shift camp (designed by San Bao, China) to local conditions and standards.
