For many, working at a school can be very challenging, as each student requires an individual approach. Thanks to my experience and pedagogical education, I was able to easily establish a connection with both students and teachers at the school. Our mission is to showcase the values of the school, which we successfully carry out. Through our content, we highlight the achievements of our students in international Olympiads, projects, startups, and more.

As a content creator for this international school, I played a key role in documenting and sharing these achievements. I was responsible for creating engaging video and photo content that showcased the hard work and success of our students. My goal was to capture the essence of the school’s values and present them in a way that would inspire others, while also highlighting the dedication of the teachers and the passion of the students.

Working in a kindergarten can be both rewarding and challenging, as every child has their own unique personality and needs. My experience in early childhood education made it easier for me to connect with both the children and the teachers. At the heart of our mission is to nurture and foster the values of our kindergarten, and we do this successfully through the content we create. We highlight the children's progress and their creative achievements in various activities, projects, and play-based learning.

As a content creator for the kindergarten, I played a key role in documenting the joyful and educational moments of the children's everyday lives. Through engaging photos and videos, I aimed to showcase the warm, supportive environment of the kindergarten, focusing on how children develop social skills, creativity, and a love for learning. My goal was to capture the essence of the kindergarten's atmosphere and share it with parents and the wider community, creating a sense of connection and trust.

"Personal Growth INTEGRITY" is a very important initiative in the history of Kazakhstan, as its mission is to develop both students and teachers across the entire Atyrau region. The focus is not on academic skills, but on modern abilities to be well-rounded. During the project, students were given a unique career orientation opportunity; they visited and met with experts from various fields and understood what to strive for and how to do it. In addition to the career orientation aspect, there were also psychological and sports components, where students experienced the integral part of a healthy body and a healthy mind.

Initiative teachers from across the region, despite their busy schedules, dedicated full attention to growth training as educators. They met with unique speakers who shared their modern methods of teaching children in schools. Every training participant, from young to elderly teachers, gained insights on how to engage children in their subject areas. My goal was to show that students, teachers, and parents form a close-knit circle, helping to nurture new leaders.

Our main mission was to unite all alumni of the lyceum, from the very first graduates to the current ones. We were united by the values we gained at school. We organized various events, engaging every individual. Everyone was involved in the process, we always kept up with trends and never missed the chance to express ourselves in our own style. All of this awakened our sense of unity, and it was a powerful motivator in celebrating the 30th anniversary of our school's founding. Everyone was thrilled with the event. Teachers reunited with their long-time students, and seeing them, they were thrilled, realizing that they had made the right choice in their educational path. The main highlight was the trailer for the documentary film titled "TULEK", which tells the story of the school’s education, providing not only knowledge but also the foundation for raising the next generation. I actively participated in this film, conducting interviews and filming processes. The film screening took place in January 2025.

Balama Energiiyasi is a market for electrical goods and also manufactures electrical panels of any complexity, which are supplied to almost all major oil fields in the Atyrau region. My mission was to create a visual representation of the range of services and highlight the uniqueness of this organization. We photographed and filmed the meticulous process of assembling the panels, which were later delivered to the sites. The entire process of delivery, installation, and adjustment of the panels was captured on video and uploaded to our YouTube channel, showcasing our partners and their trust in our professional work.

This was my first job as a teacher and content creator. We worked closely with children and their parents every day, which gave me sufficient competence for future work. We created interesting and trendy videos, involving teachers and students from our organization.
