Primary responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to AML system, Core banking system, and other IT systems;
• Manage and provide support to Business requirement, System implementation and User acceptance tests;
• Perform Defect management, Change request management, Vendor management, and Business process management;
• Provide recommendations to improve client experience and Bank processes;
• Perform IT system monitoring and control;
• Provide support to Product development, solution design, and development tasks;
• Provide support to Business Continuity Plan, System resilience, and Drill tests;
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required;
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Essential functions:

• Designing IT security frameworks;
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

• Collection of requirements and management of the scope
• Writing and negotiating functional specifications, use cases, test cases
• Product development and solution design
• Consultation of the technical team
• Accompanying the client at the stage of systems implementation
• Setting tasks for development
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Designing and signing off on contracts
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

• Implementation, customer support for working with configurations of the 1C line for the education system
• Support, advice on working with the functionality of the software
• Development of technical specifications, testing, training of software
• Analysis of needs, customer comments, informing and interacting with programmers-developers on 1C improvements

• Development of a work plan
• Implementation of management when working on a project, drafting of the charter
• Planning activities and adjusting them, if necessary, as the project progresses
• Control over the execution of work by project participants
• Work on the design of the company's products (web and mobile interfaces)
• Creating and testing prototypes
• Teamwork, participation in the discussion of current and new products
• Development of advertising design concepts

• Economic planning of economic activity
• Formation and management of the enterprise budget
• Adjustments and budget execution
• Calculation and control of the cost of goods
• Interaction with external and internal auditors

• Formation and maintenance of the movement sheet of the titanium sponge production shop
• Adjustments and execution of the movement statement
• Analysis of the financial and economic activity of the workshop
• Formation of reports on the financial and economic activities of the workshop for a certain period
• Accounting of goods and inventory balances in warehouses
