• Improved system scalability by transitioning from a monolithic to a Front/Back separation architecture, reducing tech debt and accelerating releases.
• Developed an Android application to automate warehouse operations, significantly reducing time spent on receiving, picking, and shipping goods. Utilized Kotlin, Room, Coroutines, Koin, Retrofit, and WebSocket.
• Improved system scalability by transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a decoupled Frontend/Backend structure, reducing technical debt and accelerating release cycles.
