- Managing B2B Projects: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Planning project stages and allocating tasks to team members.
- Participation in Organizing the New Vision Forum: Supervising forum preparations, coordinating tasks, and resolving organizational issues. Managing the installation and setup of internet connectivity at the venue. Liaising with contractors and ensuring technical support during the event.
- Communication with Clients and Contractors: Identifying client needs, defining project goals, and aligning all work phases. Conducting negotiations and ensuring contractor obligations are met.
- Documentation Management: Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and contracts. Preparing status reports for senior management.
