The course covered key aspects of surface equipment such as chokes, separators, test manifolds, and sampling systems, highlighting their roles in collecting accurate data and ensuring safe, efficient well testing. It enhanced my understanding of pressure control and safety procedures, which are crucial for optimal well performance. This training has equipped me with valuable expertise to support well testing operations effectively.

Schlumberger Artificial Lift Systems Basic VILT Course March 2020 

Completed a comprehensive Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) course on Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) systems, covering installation, commissioning, and dismantling processes, with an introduction to pump types such as centrifugal and progressive cavity pumps, and motor types like two-pole and four-pole. Gained theoretical knowledge of surface equipment maintenance, including Variable Speed Drives (VSD), switchboards, transformers, and Y-tool operations for advanced ESP configurations. Acquired an understanding of downhole monitoring tools (CTS and DMT), as well as ESP diagnostics, optimization, troubleshooting, and data trending techniques for performance analysis. Learned about electrical setups such as transformer tapping and connection, along with strategies for identifying and resolving operational issues.
