• Build of detailed Level 6 Schedule for Major Turnarounds, including capital projects, shut-down/clean-up/start-up procedures in primavera P6as a part of TA KPI accomplishment;
• Analyzed Scope of Work & Screening jobs for meeting Turnaround criteria;
• Identifying, categorizing and prioritize critical jobs & risk mitigation plans;
• Establishing processes for communicating information among groups;
• Facilitating meetings with all stakeholders, business partners and contractors of TA;

During TA2024, I had an opportunity to gain an experience in Temporary Turnaround Coordinator position for Air Cooler in Oil Area. I was responsible for the conduction of repairing and inspection of EA-201, 202, 203, 301, 302, 304 in both trains. Coordinated on site blinding, vessel opening, water jetting, sandblasting, scaffolding, mechanical repairing, hydrotesting activities. Was in touch with inspection group and coordinated them to perform inspection/testing as per TAIP Priorities.

  preparation of weekly plan (3WLA) and various
  levels of schedule;
• Daily organization of meetings planners to
  distribute tasks and determine targets.
• Calculation of manhours and duration for Installation Work Packages;
• Preparation of a presentation of working areas
  and taking approval before work starts;
• Directed team members in techniques necessary to complete job tasks

  Installation Work Packages (IWPs). To manage
  and coordinate IWPs of designated Work Site,
  prepare weekly reports, different leveled
  schedules. Works Package Preparation and
  approval dates.

Senimdi Kurylys is one of the major sub-contractors of TengizChevrOil in Kazakhstan on Future Growth Project (FGP). The responsibility and scope of Workface Planner is to schedule, plan and break down Construction Work Packages of Metering Station/Well Pads/Drilling Pads using Primavera P6 and Smart Plan Construction Programs into Installation Work Packages (IWPs). To manage and coordinate IWP`s of designated work sites, prepare weekly reports, different leveled schedules. The main aim and procedures of work is to visit sites for tracking all progresses.
