  Achievements:
  1) for the first time during the existence of the Foundation, the first income-generating project was realized;
  2) initiation and creation of the Technical Committee for Standardization №119 “Artificial Intelligence”;
  3) elaboration and lobbying for inclusion of the concepts of “National Platform of Artificial Intelligence” and “Operator of the National Platform of Artificial Intelligence”.
  “Operator of the National Platform of Artificial Intelligence” in the Law of RK ‘On Informatization’;
  4) Initiating the creation of a special legal environment “Regulatory Sandbox” in the territory of the RK;
  5) Discussion of the “SCAI” (Smart Cities and AI) Project with the World Bank for a total amount of $500 million, which included:
  - Creation of a “favorable” environment in RK (development of the Strategy for AI development, amendments to the current legislation of RK on the use and protection of personal data);
  - Construction of the National Data Processing Center in Astana;
  - 3 “pilot” Smart city projects in Kazakhstan (Taldykorgan, Aktobe, Petropavlovsk);
  - Support of “scientific environment” in the RoK.
  

Creating the biggest Integrator in Kazakhstan with vast realized projects, such as: First Smart City in the CIS region - Smart Aqkol, Safe Turkestan, Smart Campus in Nazarbayev University etc.

• Maintained regulatory compliance across all areas of business operations, mitigating legal risks and reputational damage.
