Job responsibilities:
• Managing the commercial entity of the foreign economic activities (FEA) department.
• Achieving target indicators for gross income and the Company’s margins. Planning the division activities, budgeting of product turnover, and profitability indicators.
• Supervising the managers in charge of product management processes: calculating needs and placing orders for suppliers, tracking the delivery times of orders, receipts and transfers of products, payments to suppliers.
• Conducting negotiations with decision-makers, controlling the conclusion of contracts and all phases of supply.
• Searching for new suppliers and establishing long-term relationships with existing suppliers, negotiating better supply conditions.
• Analyzing and monitoring prices, market research, participating in long-term planning of the procurement volumes. Preparing local retail prices in line with the competitive environment and priorities of the Company.
• Calculating and optimizing the costs, optimizing logistics costs.
• Studying the goods market and market trends, analyzing market opportunities and forms of competitors’ businesses.
• Collecting information about the goods demand, motivation and fluctuations, reasons for demand changes (increase, decrease), analyzing buyers’ needs.
• Identifying the most effective sectors of the goods sales market, developing a set of measures to use the goods market opportunities.
• Managing the pricing of internally imported goods, developing the psychological aspects of price negotiations, identifying ways to justify prices, identifying forms of settlements under contracts (settlements: by letter of credit, checks, on open account, via bank transfers, under commodity loan, via payment orders, etc.), developing and applying discount schemes based on various factors.
• Inventory management: forecasting, planning and organizing the maintenance of inventory, controlling the unsaleable goods.
• Monitoring the status of stock reserves for all assortment groups of internally imported goods, maintaining the standard stock reserve, planning the procurement rate, monitoring the organization of goods supply and supply chains.
• Improving the existing processes of the department, developing and introducing new processes.
• Hiring, onboarding and training/mentoring of employees; creating and managing a team of professional procurement specialists.
• Functional interaction with related departments to achieve the department goals.
• Performing operational analysis and data management; preparing reports for senior management and external authorities (local government) on aspects related to procurement and the conclusion of contracts.
• Managing the department of more than 20 specialists.

The main task in this position is to provide the best imported and local products at the most loyal prices for consumers, under Private Label (Green Mart). From a business point of view, the sale of Private Label Products is the most high-margin and profitable direction in the retail segment. From the buyers’ perspective, Private Label offers the best and highest quality products at affordable prices.
In this position, the main responsibilities are:
• complete management of the Private Label Product cycle — from idea to creation;
• researching and analyzing product categories (turnover, profitability);
• searching of producers for private label, developing technical specifications for the production of private label products (identifying the demand and criteria for a future product);
• participating in the creation of private label packaging design, elaborating concepts for private label naming and visualization;
• holding of tenders, participating in the conclusion of contracts, full contract support;
• identifying supply channels and schemes of work with inventories;
• tracking the cost of products from raw materials to the final product, understanding
the cost content;
• analyzing the efficiency and commercial indicators of projects;
• monitoring and studying competitors, consumers, and sales channels;
• planning and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities.

• pricing and drawing up price lists (proposals for Marwin wholesale customers);
• searching and establishing long-term relationships with suppliers, holding negotiations;

• participating in the creation of the sales plans in liaison with the directors of stores and branches, in order to achieve the most efficient indicators;
Optimization and Planning Specialist is responsible for the efficient planning and timely delivery of the company’s products to retail establishments.
• Supervising and managing the dispatching of on-staff and external crews, supervising their routes;
• Booking the transport and ensuring timely loading of products; supervising and recording of the delivery process in accordance with the schedule and agreements with clients.
• Effective allocation of resources, ensuring the timely departure of crews.
• Preparing and effectively distributing the GRN (loading documentation) for the delivery vehicle fleet, with subsequent analysis.
• Generating and preparing reports for daily verification of KPIs, maintaining electronic and information data in the CRM system.
• Interacting with TDC (territorial delivery coordinator), warehouses, management of the logistics department and the company’s administration. Recording of all details of returns, non-deliveries, volumes of deliveries and other information related to the delivery operations.
