• Full responsibility for all operations while drilling, testing and workover of the exploration and production vertical, slanted wells. HPHT, H2S.
• Monitor daily drilling operations and provide technical support to drilling operations.
• Conduct research to solve drilling problems and recommend ideas to enhance drilling performance.
• Selection of the suppliers, equipment and materials for drilling, testing and workover.
• Preparation the Drilling,Completion, Testing, Work Over programs.
• Monitoring the Status of HSE at the wellsite.
• Preparation the detailed procedures for specific operation. Audit of drilling rigs and workover rigs.
• Work on optimization the processes in the drilling and testing of wells.
• Control over the execution of all the contractors to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Coordinating well operations with Drilling Contractors and third parties to ensure compliance with work programs, procedures and contract requirements.

Hold safety meeting for the entire rig site team. Monitoring the Status of HSE on the field. Technical meetings and briefings with all involved service contractors and personnel. Round the clock monitoring of drilling operations on the wells, guided the work of Drilling Supervisors. Selection of suppliers, equipment and materials for drilling and workover. Audit of drilling rigs. Work to optimize of the drilling procedures. Coordination, technological control of drilling operation including of logistic, well cost controls, arrangements of well control and HSE with preparation of the final reports for the completed wells. Preparation the detailed procedures for specific operation, daily drilling instructions. Preparation and sending to management daily drilling reports.
