As a receptionist at Monte Rosso, Croatia, I contributed to Petram Resort & Residences' mission to become a prestigious European facility. The unique location attracted a diverse workforce and clientele. Despite initial staffing changes, we had a successful opening season. I was offered annual contracts with Petram and Canada. This five-star resort, boasting Europe's largest infinity pool, offers luxurious services for guests, owners, and passersby.
Amicor Green Resort on Hvar Island, workforce where I gained my first Front Desk experience. Valamar Riviera, Croatia's largest hotel chain with headquarters in Austria, provided me with extensive training in Opera Oracle Hospitality and behaviour programs. Following a successful season, I was offered a contract for the next season. However, during that season, a peer from my hospitality network requested to join to open a new resort, and I accepted, signing a contract with Petram Resort & Residences.
