Works with Automation and MAC teams and consults with all involved responsible stakeholders to implement agreed work processes and procedures

Assists and provides input to develop Handover Packages for tracking and verifying the completion of deliverables in CMS

Works with Phase 5 Delivery team to ensure Automation deliverables are electronically managed, loaded, linked and updated in FGP CMS tool

The specific and main responsibilities include to track and validate the completion of Automation, MAC Handover Deliverables by systems / units / areas for Control & Power, Field Facilities, PBF, 3GI & 3GP, IOCC but not limited to:

• CHAZOP (Control Systems Hazard and
• Operability Analysis)
• Alarm Objective Analysis (AOAs)
• Safety Requirements Specifications (SRSs)
• Safety Instrumented System (SIS) Deliverables:
• SAT Full Reports & PCN Checksheets
• PCN IT Inventory List (Hardware, Software, Accounts, Passwords, IP Addresses)
• PCN IT Services Reports (Antivirus, Patch, Network, Log report)
• Software Media (CD, DVD, USB) & License Certificates
• Backup & Configuration Files (All Hardware & Software)
• Automation Force Register

Track and verify that handover deliverables are received, complete and accurate in CMS (Completion Management System) Ready for Start Up-RFO and Ready for Operations-RFO and Handover Packages

Works to track and verify that handover deliverables are received, complete and accurate in CMS Handover Packages

Assists in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying work processes

Interface and work with FGP and TCO responsible teams (Automation, MAC, IOCC, Systems Completions, Engineering, IM, Regulatory etc.) for implementation of the delivery work processes and communicates effectively in meetings and in the workplace to perform her/his roles & responsibilities.

Enhanced automation capabilities by designing and implementing effective process improvements.

Streamlined business processes for increased efficiency with the development of customized automation solutions.

Work on quality engineering deliverables and project execution, provide technical support to site construction, start-up / commissioning groups, provide technical solutions to solve problems during author supervision, procurement support (PO, PR), preparation and review P&ID, participate in design review, coordination with other disciplines.

• Material requisition form (MR)
• Material take-off (MTO)
• Datasheets
• Instrument/Telecom Cable block diagrams

• JB termination diagrams
• Loop diagrams
• Panel layouts
• Instrument/Telecom Panel termination diagrams
• Instrument/Telecom Interconnection diagram

Design of instrumentation, fire alarm and security system according to RoK standards. Preparation of following doc's/ dwg's:

• Cable schedules
• Material take-off (MTO)
• Datasheets
• Instrument Cable block diagrams
• Cable routing diagrams
• Instrument diagrams
• Loop diagrams
• Instrument Interconnection diagram

• Translation of documents relating to Project development, Engineering and Consulting Services
• Translation of correspondence, as well as materials of conferences, meeting with Contractor's
• Translation in a timely manner, oral and written, full and abbreviated translations, while ensuring the exact correspondence of the translations to the lexical, stylistic and semantic content of the originals, compliance with the established requirements in relation to the scientific and technical terms and definitions used.
