• Established a work flow with government agencies and government bodies on the formal compliance by the company with the requirements of legislation and regulations;
• Coordination of accounting work, in particular - according to the requirements of the AIFC;
• Coordination of hiring employees in the Tashkent branch of the company;
• Ensuring the full performance of the company during quarantine and remote access of employees;

Accomplishments

• Single-handedly registered and licensed the company in the AIFC - within 13 working days (I am the key executor on all matters of organizing the work of Advantage Kazakhstan Ltd. In AIFC);
• In cooperation with the legal department of the AIFC, organized a panel session “Using the privileges of the AIFC to build a successful business”, which was attended by the heads of the AIFC, foreign companies, representatives of government authorities and private companies in Kazakhstan;
• Resolving a situation where the tax service unlawfully charged taxes and blocked the company's accounts - alone, in less than 2 working days, without fines or comments to the company.
